Oregon State (-4) at NEVADA

By Jackson Reyes, Featured Handicapper

Nailed my 80 Dime NFC Game of the Month on the Bears, who lambasted the Panthers on Sunday without a problem.

Tonight I have something just as strong in the NFL, with the New Orleans Saints visiting Kansas City to play the two-time defending champion Chiefs.

Let's make it two straight with another 80 Dime NFL Winner, as we close Week 5 with a winner.

I love the value I see here.

MATCHING Sunday's 80 Dime NFC Game of the Month
Bears (-4) 36-10 over Carolina

My free winner for Saturday is the Oregon State Beavers against the Nevada Wolfpack.

Sitting at 4-1, the Beavers are coming in after outlasting the Colorado State Rams in double-overtime, a 39-31 win. They have the sixth-best rushing offense, accumulating 264.4 yards per game, and that'll help in Reno.

With a ball-control offense, the Beavers will be able to keep the ball out of Nevada's hands. Oregon State ranks No. 1 in the nation in time of possession, with an average hold time of 36:37.

And if the Pack can't get anything going on offense, it certainly won't be able to keep up with a Beavers team averaging 30.0 points per game.

Nevada is 2-4 already, and it's only two wins came against Troy and Eastern Washington. It's lost to SMU, Georgia Southern, Minnesota and San Jose State. This is an undisciplined bunch that ranks near the bottom in penalties, and that doesn't help its cause against this Beavers team.

Lay the small number on the road.

New Orleans at KANSAS CITY (43)

I'm still stunned at the New York Giants. A few weeks ago the discussion was them being the worst team in the NFL. Now they've got a couple of wins under their belt, including Sunday's impressive road win over the Seahawks.

The only salvation was watching my favorite team since childhood pull off a last-minute win on Sunday Night Football. Thanks Cowboys, you made my night.

I'm passing on the Monday night game, as I don't trust the game whatsoever. I do have an opinion on the total, if you want to head to the free pick section for my complimentary winner. But my premium play comes from baseball.

My complimentary winner on the Jets-Vikings staying under on Sunday cashed in. Tonight I like the New Orleans Saints and Kansas City Chiefs to sail over the posted number tonight.

The Saints' offense looked incredible the first two weeks of the season, scoring 47 against Carolina and 44 in Dallas. They fell asleep at home in a 15-12 loss to Philadelphia, and found a little life in Atlanta during a 26-24 loss last week.

Back on the road, with an extra day to prepare, I'm looking for a primetime shootout, as I expect these teams to challenge the 50-point plateau.

The familiarity in a quarterback clash between Derek Carr and Patrick Mahomes is intriguing, as these two have provided plenty of entertainment during Carr's days with the Raiders.

Sure, the Chiefs have transitioned from an offensive juggernaut to a defensive stalwart, but with the Saints looking to stay above .500 and the Chiefs looking to stay unbeaten, I'll play this total high.

I did it! I SWEPT the weekend.

50 Dime underdog winner on Friday with Michigan State hanging inside of the number at Oregon.

Saturday it was a 75 Dime winner on Ohio State pounding Iowa, and then yesterday another 75 Dime winner on Houston with a game winning field goal to cover in their win over Buffalo.

Time now to extend with a Monday afternoon baseball playoff winner.

I do not like tonight's Saints-Chiefs football game at all, but I do like today's Detroit-Cleveland A.L.D.S. meeting, and I plan on taking it right to the bank.

The Saints enter this Monday night game tied for 3rd in the league in takeaways with 8, while the Chiefs enter this home game tied for 3rd in the league in giveaways with 7. They say that you can't handicap turnovers, but based on those 2 big numbers I think it's a safe assumption that we are going to see a few turnovers tonight that will lead to some points at Arrowhead Stadium, so let's play this final game of Week 5 to land Over the total.

New Orleans has played both of its road games this season Over the total, and 3 of their 4 games overall this season have landed Over the posted price, while Kansas City will be back home after a pair of road games that both landed Under the total. It should be noted that both of the Chiefs' home games this season have landed Over the total.

Last night's primetime game between the Cowboys and the Steelers did land Under the total, but we have a primetime Over roll of 3-1 Over the total and 5 of the past 8 in primetime have landed Over the total as well.

Play the Saints and the Chiefs to land Over the total.

Talk about a kick in the nuts! Saturday was fantastic, as my 1st Ever, any sport, 150 dime release on Navy took care of business against Air Force. Last night my 5th Ever NFL 100 dime release on the Steelers was right there, only to get clipped in the last 30 seconds in a 20-17 loss.

Very frustrating, but I will block it out and move on.

Winning Day # 9 of 12

75 Dime

Saints at Chiefs - 8:15 ET

- Football Winner # 7 of 10 -

I have won for you 8 of the last 11 days, and I plan on winning again tonight with the last game on the Week 5 card.

It's the Saints at the Chiefs and it will be a winner.

Saturday night in the Bronx, the Royals and Yankees went back and forth in their series-opener that was won by New York, 6-5. The game featured 5 lead changes and wound up playing Over the total.

I do not think we are going to see very many runs tonight at Yankee Stadium with Cole Ragans and Carlos Rodon on the hill, as both southpaws come into this Game 2 start on fire, Ragans especially!

Ragans has already fired 6 scoreless postseason innings last Tuesday against Baltimore in a game that ended in a 1-0 final in favor of Kansas City. In his last 5 starts the lefty has only allowed 3 runs to cross in his 31 innings on the hill! All 5 of those starts have landed Under the total. Included is a September 11th start at Yankee Stadium in which he handcuffed the Yanks with 6 innings of 2-run baseball that included just 3 hits and 7 strikeouts.

Rodon is 9-2 with a 3.09 ERA at home this year, and he comes into this one with 5 straight starts or 2 runs or few allowed. One of those starts did come against the Royals on September 9th when he logged 6 frames of 2-run baseball with 9 punchouts.

The Royals are 15-5 Under the total in their last 20 games that date back to the last 2 games of that September series in the Bronx.

Saturday we saw plenty of crooked digits on the scoreboard tonight we will see plenty of goose eggs on the Yankee Stadium scoreboard.

Royals and Yankees Under the total.

4* KANSAS CITY-N.Y. YANKEES UNDER
